That is day 6, Week 5 of the 2022 RunBlogRun Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program. We are going to publish each day coaching for the 2022 cross-country season, together with the week of EastBay FootLocker Nationals.

Immediately is Saturday, October 1, 22022. It’s a race day. That is your schedule immediately.

Your exercise for immediately is an extended warm-up, some stride outs, then race 5k cross nation. Get out properly, and begin choosing off athletes, one after the other, concentrate on the again of their shirts and go by with a powerful transfer.
